Core Shamanic In-Person Workshop

The Foundation for Shamanic Studies (FSS) is a non-profit educational organization dedicated to preserving, researching, and teaching shamanic knowledge from around the world. Since 1979, under the leadership of its founder — anthropologist Michael Harner, Ph.D. — the Foundation has developed a series of Core Shamanism workshops that make ancient shamanic methods accessible to modern people while honoring the integrity of traditional practices.

Through these workshops, you will have the opportunity to learn and experience shamanic techniques used across many cultures. A portion of your workshop tuition is donated to the Foundation for Shamanic Studies, helping support its mission of preserving shamanic traditions and continuing research into shamanic knowledge worldwide.
